Our African partners identify schools, prepare schools for computer labs, identify local vendors to set up and maintain computer labs, train teachers and students to use computers and monitor and evaluate the impact of computer education in African schools. Our African partners include:
Government agencies engaged in education and information technology (for example, Ministries of Education and technology officials)
Public schools and school districts, teachers, students and parents
Local, community-based non-profit and non-governmental organizations that manage the SBF process
Computer and IT vendors that provide computer lab maintenance services
